    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the first courses I took in college. It does a good job of providing a basis to the business school. The speakers sometimes could be boring, but there are some interesting speakers. This class is a requirement so you'll have to take it anyway, but go in with a positive attitude and you'll do well as well as learn something new.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was getting to listen to successful professionals in a variety of business fields. This leads right into the final project in which you;ll have to come up and pitch your own business idea.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is one of the first classes you'll probably take, so go in with a positive attitude and ready to learn. It's not a hard workload, so enjoy.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not a bad professor. The material is hard and she doesn't print out the lectures for you.

    Course highlights:

You're expected to bring them with you. Which wouldn't be so bad if each lecture wasn't close to 20 pages of powerpoint slides.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Grades consist of homework and tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The Ground Floor is a class which has multiple lectures each covering a different aspect of business. From accounting to marketing, it helps students decide what field in business they would want to go into.

    Course highlights:

This course contained a team project where students were given the assignment to create a new and innovative business with $25,000 to cover start up costs. This project taught students to utilize all aspects of business and gave hands-on experience with the help of a professor, ensuring us to learn a lot.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best way to get the most out of this class is to speak with the professors who give the lectures each week. These men and women have worked in their fields and have an abundance of knowledge you can learn from.
