    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For someone who is not good at Philosophy, take his course! Mr. Flynn is a great teacher who uses funny examples and theoretical situations to bring to life very old and sometimes boring material.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was the Animal Rights section. It was incredibly thought provoking. We learned stances from philosophers who wanted reform, abolition, and to stay the same.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

TAKE NOTES. The class might be boring but everything you need to study for the midterm and final is absolutely covered in class. It is and easy course if you pay attention. You do not necessarily have to read all the outside material because he goes over everything that is important and what you might be tested on. But, you HAVE to read all the material in the animal rights section because you have to write a 5-6 page paper. Also, there are only 3 assignments which he grades. So if you fail one you wont get a good grade. He only grades the midterm, the 5-6 page paper, and the final.
