    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

i would definitely recommend this class because my major is human services and the way my teacher ran the class and presented information was interesting and we could relate to a lot of his stories he told in class. one other thing i liked about this class is how he made class interesting and fun, and he didnt lecture the whole class time. i wish i had taken this class sooner because i loved every second of it.

    Course highlights:

i learned about how important self care is and self determination or being able to make your own choices in life. i also learned how important it is to tell yourself you can do it whatever it may be and build your self confidence self worth and self esteem because that will help you live a more positive more fulfilling life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

pay attention in class, ask questions if you dont understand something, go to office hours when you find out what times teachers are available because they are there to help you succeed, dont give up especially when it gets hard, but most importantly have fun.
