Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Melkonian is a brilliant, caring professor who made me appreciate economics in a whole new way. nd, as long as you keep up with the work, you will, too.
In this course, I received a great overview of macroeconomics. I learned about scarcity, supply and demand, GDP, Circular Flow Model of Economics, the Fed, and got to apply all I learned to the real world through the study of current events. Melkonian asked us to write a one-page paper each week about a current, economics-related event, and how it applies to what we learned in class. We also did a group research project on a particular topic (e.g., Unemployment, GDP, The Great Recession, etc.), and presented our report to the class. It was hard work, but incredibly informative! Overall, I learned so much in this class.

Advice for students:
Keep up with the work, appreciate that economics affects major aspects of your life, and don't be afraid to ask questions! Also, don't save your weekly essays until the night before they're all due; do one each week! Lastly, Make a friend in class who you can text about homework.
