Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course was fun and interactive.

    Course highlights:

I was able to embrace my fear of public speaking with the help of this course. I learned that practicing speeches and being prepared makes a person less nervous when they have to speak in front of a group of people. Even though it might seem like common sense, always remember to breathe because it calms you down.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always go to class because participation is part of your grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Communication is the key to all relationships, networks, team building, and most of all to life. Learning the understandings of such class has allowed my confidence level to elevate and understand the world of communication. Not to mention, the professor understood the value of trying to communicate in certain situations such as, persuasive or informative which brought insightful information. Great class for anyone that needs to talk in their profession, everyone!

    Course highlights:

Learning the tips and tricks of communicating to a target audience can challenging. However, with the help of Professor Dalton learning the key components of speaking to a small or large group was helpful in the long run. Professor Dalton explained the concepts of open space, the type of target audience, and a speech given. Overall, a helpful guide into the real world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're nervous to speak to a crowd, shy, or get stage fright during a speech I recommend this class. Not only will a person learn the basics of how to communicate in front of an audience but slowly gain confidence. Number one thing to remember is that you can do it and never give up!
