Not too easy. Not too difficult.
When I first started college, I was one of those that never really paid much attention during class. By not paying attention, I wasn't doing as well as I should have. If it weren't for doing extra credit and cramming studying in at the end of the term, I would've failed instead of earning a C-. This was my second semester and I learned the hard way. Fortunately, a few semesters later, I retook the class in hopes of raising my GPA. When I did, I paid a lot more attention. With being more attuned, I was more active during the class and ended up with an A.
Pay attention, participate, do your work, and study.

Vital for all students. There is so much out there for us to learn. Unfortunately with time and money getting in the way, we can only learn so much.
