    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are going into any health related field, I would recommend taking this course. This is not a course to be taken lightly, so if you think that you can get by without studying any of the material and think you will do well on exams, think again! Any anatomy class requires quite a bit of your time and effort. You need to know general concepts, specific processes and the correct anatomical names for parts of the body. Take some time to study every day, make use of flashcards (Quizlet, its free) and do some practice questions and you will be fine.

    Course highlights:

From this course, I got a solid look at four of the systems in the body: skeletal, muscular, integumentary and circulatory. Learning about the functions, insertions, and origins of the muscles is quite difficult but the more you practice the more you get it and you can use your own body to help you practice.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, use the resources your professor gives you, use outside resources for extra practice. Study! Study! Study!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved Dr.her, she puts a study guide online and if you study that and your notes getting an A on tests is very possible. She is fun and doesn't bore you to tears.

    Course highlights:

She is a very good teacher. I was not a big fan of Biology when I found out that I have to take the class, but she seems to know what she is doing and I am doing very well in the class, even though I had never taken biology before this year.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

She is horrible, she gets off topic all of the time and she really doesnt know what she is talking about.
