Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Sell is one of the foremost minds in her field, and her mastery of the material is more than evident. She is a firm but fair grader and encourages students not only to participate, but to push themselves to understand the true matter of the course.

    Course highlights:

This course is meant to give the student a base understanding of the biological systems that function during exercise. This class is extremely crucial to understanding any course beyond it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have an interest in the exercise science field. This is not a class you can scrape by in. The lab assignments will force you to delve deeper into the material and figure out the what, the why, and the how.
