    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course would be great for History majors, providing a great look into the development of Western culture from early human history.

    Course highlights:

Obtaining knowledge of the Roman Empire, the Greeks, and many other Ancient world powers was very helpful in understanding how and why Europe developed into what it is today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest paying good attention in class as much as possible. The professor is very knowledgeable and presents the information in what I feel to be an interesting manner, making the material much easier to learn.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Pearse is a great teacher! He's invested in students academic careers and is a caring and amazing man. He teaches the material clearly and decisively, and is pretty easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

You get to learn a lot about ancient civilizations and wars. The best part, actually, is hearing Dr Pearse rant about randomness, and sometimes he'll read you one of his funny essays.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do your reading, because he'll check. Also, you'll need thick skin if you come to this class. Dr. Pearse will make fun of you at least once. NEVER USE YOUR PHONE IN CLASS. He's thrown two people out and the semester hasn't even finished yet.
