Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Christina Carlson is an amazing professor that loves what she does! English is her life and it shows! We did write a good amount of essays in this class but the great part about it is that we were allowed to resubmit an essay for a higher grade. As long as we cared about our grade, it was pretty hard not to pass with flying colors.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would have to be the way in which the class was structured and taught. Each essay that we learned to write was just an extension of a precious essay we learned to write. Professor Carlson made the different essays and their purposes so simple to comprehend. Not only were we taught about essay structure but Professor Carlson also taught us a lot about the English language and its history as well as about different works of literature.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to any student considering taking this class is to go for it. It is extremely important to know how to articulate your thoughts on paper in a coherent manner. I've never enjoyed an English course more than this one and I walked away with much more knowledge than I came in with.
