    Course Overview:

    This course gives people ho are non science majors a interesting way to learn every topic in science in one class

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to view cell structure and also how to use a microscope

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention to everything the professor says, complete all labs, and make sure to study

    Course Overview:

    This introduction to biology course was very interesting and you learn about the many organ systems as well as how cells work. Whether this class is required or not, I would definitely recommend it. Science is very informative and exciting.

    Course highlights:

    Although this course requires a lot of reading, there are also many fun lab experiments. One highlight was when we tested various foods for starches, protein, sugars, and fats. I was surprised to find out which foods had a combination of 2 or more.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    In order to succeed in this course, you must read the chapters assigned and complete all the homework assignments. They truly help you prepare you for quizzes and exams. Take as many notes as you can from the chapters to help you complete the homework's and to use as review sheets for those quizzes and exams.
