Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Positive Psychology is a new area of study in psychology. It is exciting and not all the questions are answered, ideas are still being formed, and theories tested. In this course, we learn about the developments in this world and how to take a positive spin on life without negativity weighing down any decision you make in life.

    Course highlights:

This class was more than just lectures and essays; it was hands-on learning, interacting with actual human beings. We didn't just learn about Psychology, we experienced Positive Psychology mentally, physically. And with that knowledge we were able to apply it to our everyday lives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep and open mind, don't just read about it. Do it.
