    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was extremely extensive and there were many papers. I didn't feel like my writing technique improved at all.

    Course highlights:

My grammar improved slightly. I got lots of writing practice.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always go to the writing center before submitting a paper.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Hey has a very specific format for his essays that are unlike anything I have done in high school and in my first years of college. That can throw you for a bit of a loop. Overall, he is an awesome guy and once you get used to his style, you are sure to have success and he is always more than willing to help you if you have questions.

    Course highlights:

How to better analyze fictional works! His terrible puns made my day!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind on the essays! He gives a lot of space and time for the due dates but do not wait because they will begin to pile up and then you will get overwhelmed comes finals week when the BIG paper is due!
