    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You learn about how the body works and functions. You learn what it is capable of and all the different organs and body systems that are working together to keep you healthy and alive. The body is so intricate and there will always be something new to learn.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about all of the fail safes your body has for if and when something may go wrong. I learned about all the different systems, respiratory, urinary, digestive, and so on. It really makes you appreciate your health and body and how important it is to take care of it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Get ready to make flash cards. You have to quiz yourself don't just assume you know it. And while reading the book is a good habit it doesn't always mean you are really learning it and studying it so be sure to quiz yourself. Try to pick out what is important and study that.
