    Course Overview:

The Professor truly knows the best way to teach the class and is not unreasonable with the course load.

    Course highlights:

Basic Property Rights, System of Estates, Rule against Perpetuities, System of Estates, Eminent Domain, etc.

    Hours per week:

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take Sherkow, because as I understand the other Property teachers are a bit insane with what they expect.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor is enthusiastic and is always available for questions. Class is required, but Professor makes it fun.

    Course highlights:

Well if you are not in the class you would not understand but basically what the rights a property owner might have from animals to real property to ghosts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read and have questions...word of advice, he is a bit nuts and hyper so if you like a relaxed/laid back class then this is not for you.
