    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend this course, even if your major has nothing to do with economics. The course covers broad issues and opportunities of any economy that is good to know no matter which field of profession one chooses. It focuses on the power of supply and demand and how political decisions affect us as consumers.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the final project of the semester. It taught us how to take one specific element of any economy and analyze how it is related to, and affect, all other element in chain of a economy. This made it possible for us, as students, to see how smaller elements can affect the bigger picture in any economy.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, I recommend to follow up and complete the weekly readings that are assigned. Since the course covers a lot mathematical concept, it will benefit you as a student to have some preparation of what the professor is talking about.
