    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed Professor Berson's class. He took a psychology approach to the course material and made the material very relatable to real life.

    Course highlights:

As someone who avoids conflict and is risk adverse, I learned that conflict is not necessarily a bad thing. Good conflict can lead to innovation and help avoid failure.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do the readings and case studies as they make the course material more relatable. There is a big final project where you analyze a small organization based on what you learned in class.
