    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it teaches the ins and out of the body, it's functions and how it works together for an integrated system. However, I always recommend when taking this course to register with a professor whose highly energetic just so it makes that material that much more fun to learn.

    Course highlights:

Learning all of the bodies systems, and the ability to name all of the muscles and bones in the body is definitely a highlight. Also, making friends with future nurses didn't hurt either!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course you must have a good head on your shoulders and learn to take every thing one step at a time. I've seen other students get frantic in class because they feel so overwhelmed. The key is to keep on track with your reading (weekly), and never be afraid to say that you need help or ask questions in class (we all go through this). Another important key is to form a group! Having that study group will not only help you out academically but also mentally because this course can be stressful and sometimes you need friends around you who can relate with what your going through.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

All the material was so interesting! It was challenging but very doable. Professor Nolan engages her students so that we would learn thing about the human body in the best way possible.

    Course highlights:

It was fascinating to see how all the organ systems in our body interact and keep us going.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Outline the lectures--write them out! And keep reading your outlines every chance you got, this helps for the information to stick to your brain.
