    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The professor teaches the course very closely to her perspective and writings on nutrition. I would like to see more of a holistic view on nutrition. For example, expand from the USDA requirements and recommendations (MyPlate)

    Course highlights:

I liked making meal plans for a mock patient and learning the nutrient types, vitamins, and minerals in the body.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and create your own study guides for each chapter.
