Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The focus of this course was research and learning how to virtually split hairs in thought, perception, dialogue and, of course, writing. It was challenging to revisit a particular theme for the semester and yet produce new information, which became apparent the more one dug for information.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was the textbook chosen to facilitate our study. It was phenomenal in that it was thorough, well-written, easily digestible and covered every area I could think of that may surface when writing a paper. The exercises in the book were excellent. I believe this is a core mark of a committed professor in provided thorough resources to the student and worthy of the NYU name and reputation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to "think outside the box." You cannot settle into known thought patterns and expect to excel. Prof. Coppola is very direct and precise in what he requires. You'll be a much better student for taking his course.
