Pretty easy, overall.
Lots of group work and the professor is very understanding. The group work goes over mainly every chapter so the student has to know the material in order for the group to function better.
I personally learned how to deal with interpersonal conflict healthier and more neutral. There was also a section on identifying key aspects of a leader and what leaders should and should not have which is critical as a manager to know.
