    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Zhang was great in education us on the subject, often showing us videos and attempting to relate things back to us in any way. She would at times use hands on activities to offer better explanations and allowed for open note quizzes both testing your ability to take good notes and stay on top of your work.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different sleeping stages that I had no clue about. I always believed that dreams did not happen often, whereas now I know that we dream every night it is just a matter of not being able to remember it all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do the reading because it is both interesting and helps you rearrange your notes for the weekly quizzes. Don't be afraid to ask questions as well.
