    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to people interested in nutrition or pursuing a career in the nursing field because it gives you a basis of what is going on in the body and why eating certain foods should be limited or increased.

    Course highlights:

Playing jeopardy to help learn the systems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study the PowerPoints and go over what Falanga says in lecture.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I love the way that the professor makes the class so comfortable to students to understand the lecture notes he is teaching in class.

    Course highlights:

I gain a different perspective on how to change your diet in becoming a healthy person who eat the amount of food require in my plate and exercise. Because Biology 108 nutrition class teach students the amount of calories we consume and how much we should maintain it in order to be healthy and don't get later any disease due to the excess of consuming more calorie than needed in our diet.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Makes sure to read each chapter before the class lecture and study for the review two weeks before the exam and don't procrastinate your school works at the last minute.
