Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Stephen is great! The way he structured the class, anyone could learn the fundamentals of programming, and he uses a ton of other resources to teach the material other than just going straight out of the book. As someone who's always been interested in learning how to program but was never given the opportunity to do so, this course has been a great experience.

    Course highlights:

The purpose of this class is to teach you the fundamental skills, knowledge, and thinking strategies you need to know in order to move forward into other programming languages by first teaching you Python because it is the easiest to learn.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It's not difficult to get an A in the course, but you have to attend every class and utilize the student portal. There are certain things that are shared in class that you wont necessarily learn on your own or from the book, especially when it comes to useful tips for the assignments.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is required for any other programming class but I didn't exactly like the professor I had.

    Course highlights:

Overall it was very easy. All of the lessons were simple to understand as well as the language itself.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you get the basic concepts then the course will be fine. I felt the professor thought everything was a lot harder than it actually was. If I needed help I would ask my classmates.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it teaches you the basics of computer coding which you will use in the future.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the intro to C++ programming after we have completed the intro programming courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise all students to get a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for an easy transition into the class.
