    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Chadsey is incredibly open-minded to all students' views and opinions. Lectures are fun, class time is used wisely, the tests are easy, and there is only one required paper at the end of the semester. HIGHLY recommend this class for anyone interested in a basic-level American politics course. Beware, though... the debates sometimes get a tad heated.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were when Dr. Chadsey would open up the class time for open debate. Students would talk about the most recent news, what issues concerned them, etc., and we all would jump in and participate. I learned a great deal about how the federal bureaucracy works. Such an educational, fun class!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it if you want a professor who falls to the right of the political spectrum. Traditionally, academic professors tend to be more liberal. Not Dr. Chadsey. He is a conservative professor yet is completely open and fair to all students' views. Additional advice would be to bring your laptop! The notes get tedious if one takes them by hand.
