    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who plans on majoring in business, especially anyone who plans on managing large groups of people. This course teaches about the various dynamics within an organization. It also teaches how beneficial diversity is to an organization and also how to manage diversity to allow an organization to run smoothly.

    Course highlights:

Organizations are made up of people from various backgrounds and everyone usually has their own unique way of thinking. That is what diversity is all about and it is something that should be celebrated. Everyone brings their own strengths and weaknesses into an organization. A good leader will recognize what those are for each individual. They will then place individuals in a position where it is most beneficial, not only for the growth of the organization but also for the growth of the individual.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to definitely keep up on all of your readings. This class is very informational and reading is key. I took this class online so if I did not keep up on the readings I would have found myself very behind and lacking the important information needed for the various writing assignments and final group project. Also, as you read, think about the various concepts you are reading about and relate them to your own working environments. Many things that you deal with in your everyday work experiences will start making more sense and you may be able to apply this newly learned information into your own real world experiences.
