    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only do we read novels and tales but when we do its like we take it apart to talk about it which is really interesting because you hear what others have to say about the book and sometimes the novels are life changing because you start to think about things in a completely different.

    Course highlights:

As of right now I'm taking this course and we've just got done reading Moby Dick, your probably like oh no whatever you do read the book yes its long but trust me you will never regret it. the professor chooses his books wisely so you wont get board.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go for it especially if you don't like reading take a chance you might like it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the class centers around a dark topic (immortality and mortality). However, it allows you to think about these two subjects that a lot of people (myself included) would ignore in their day to day lives, though the threat of death looms over us every day. We read four books and wrote three response papers. Through the books and the papers, we pondered the idea of death and immortality.

    Course highlights:

We never know whether we're going to make it to tomorrow. We don't know what happens after we die. It's sad to think about it, but it's real and it's there and it will happen one day. The most important piece of advice that I took away from this course this past semester is simple: Carpe Diem. Live life to the fullest, do not hold grudges, forgive, learn, and live every day of your life because you never know when this is all over.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is simple to succeed. Just stay on top of the reading schedule and the short quizzes and essays will be a breeze.
