Always Do the Reading
Lots of Writing
This class was tough.
I have really enjoyed my time so far in this class, we have covered a lot of information in a short amount of time. So far we have covered a lot about contracts, very interesting and thorough. Take copious notes while you are reading, the more times you can reiterate the information, the better.
Laws and statutes at the beginning like when laws apply, how judges might interpret them. There are a lot of definitions to memorize. Fortunately, it's not required to memorize specific laws, but there are some words that really are tricky.

Advice for students:
Make sure that you are always prepared and on time, keep a positive attitude. Besides it being respectful, the teacher really seems to appreciate when students keep a positive attitude. Keep good notes, use note cards, do not fall behind on the reading.
