    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this class if you will be taking it online. This course requires readings and essays almost every week, and if one is missed then it can bring your grade down a letter grade. If you take the class in person then maybe you will do better, but I barley passed the class because I took it online and missed one assignment and there was no way to bring my grade back up.

    Course highlights:

I learned that this class is not just a class that you can glide by in. I also learned a lot about the African American culture from the beginning all the way up until W. E. B. Du Bois, and it provided insight as to where African Americans came from, what they went through, and where they are now. And to learn that at one point Africans were completely ahead, and their lives were destroyed is something will not be taught in most classrooms.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, read the syllabus and have a calendar, and in that calendar write down when you have to read and when papers are due. There are no heads up as to when things are due or when they have to be started because it's online. So you have to do that for yourself.
