    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You learn about how the most important genres of Spanish developed and evolved to create new genres. The most famous and influential authors and their interesting lives, you learn how to analyze poems and short stories. Overall an excellent course for Spanish majors

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of the course was the section about theater, I learned how the theater developed and the vocabulary used to refer to certain things at the theater. We also got to see famous plays and perform them, this section was my favorite and the most entertaining one.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Spanish 350 is a higher level class, never procrastinate in doing the assignments because they do take time. Always listen and pay attention to class since a lot of the material discussed in class are in the midterms and final exams. Always read the assigned material, the professor always asks questions about it or gives surprise quizzes. Always be up to date and never miss class.
