    Course Overview:

    The professor was very knowledgeable and introduced a lot of important information. From food to managing health, this class was very exciting!

    Course highlights:

    Overall, I learned about nutrition and how the choices made now affect health later in life as well as basics of nutrition.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    This class is fun but requires some effort and time: studying and doing the work is what makes a person successful in this class.

    Really easy online course. Minimal work required. Most of the content is general knowledge.

    Just read most of the content and the tests are really easy.
