    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I have only just completed my first semester of college but I already know that Professor Mohammadi will be my favorite professor that I will ever have. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does! Whenever you need help she is always willing to help you as much as you need whether you can make it to office hours or not. She offers extra credit opportunities for those who need it and even for those who don't and just want to boost their grade a little! My personal favorite part of her class was her stories of past experiences. Oh..and her outfits are always on point!!

    Course highlights:

Not only did I learn the material for the final exam, but I retained it (which isn't something I can say for my other courses)! You will learn all the basics of psychology that will set you on the right path for your upper-level courses.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Flashcards were always my go-to study method. The textbook is optional, you won't need it to pass her tests. However, I took her first test without the textbook and got an 88. Not satisfied with that score, I bought the text and from then on I got 100+.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Jahre was a great professor! She really made sure everyone understands the material while making the class very fun and easy. This class us the reason why i changed my major to Psychology. Great class overall.

    Course highlights:

I gained more knowledge about human behavior in general, but just so much more about the brain. I learned many things that I will carry on with me in the future. The most interesting topics to me was Race, Gender, & Drugs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your notes, and read the textbook. Guaranteed A in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I take the class through New Vision Allied Health as a part of a dual high school/college program and Mrs. Nesbit teaches the class. She is an amazing human being who really knows the content. The stories she relates to the chapter readings help us understand what is going on.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoy psychology so the stories were the best. Learning about the human mind, how we develop from infancy to death is intriguing. You can apply the basics of psychology to your entire life which is really neat. It helps you understand why people act the way they do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the chapter readings. The power point reviews are very quick and brief and does not cover everything that will be on the quiz. Be sure to listen to the stories because it helps you understand.
