This course was very informative and interesting to learn about. I learned a lot of new skills and techniques applicable to maintaining my overall wellness.
The thirty-minute presentations, although daunting, were very fun to plan and do. A lot of great information was shared!

To students who are considering taking this course, I would tell them that this is all about your personal health and reflecting on how to improve it. If you would not be interested in learning about the eight dimensions, then I would reconsider taking this course.
