    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The course is more of a life lesson. And you are able to see how you can apply it to the world around you.

    Course highlights:

    Working with people and taking on the leadership roles. I learned the effectiveness of applying systematic thinking to solve very complex issues within any organization.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Utilize the library as much as you can. Take the class with the idea of applying many of the concepts to the real world.

    This course is very interesting and is a very good introduction into Sociology.

    This course has helped me discover other interesting Sociology courses at Purchase and made me decide to pick Sociology as a minor.

    It is important to just show up to class and pay attention to the discussions.
