Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was fascinating and I learned a lot regarding the developmental phase of the human body from birth to death.

    Course highlights:

Dawn teaches and shares from her own experiences as a parent and make it more interesting, we talk in depth not only about subjects that interest her, but questions that students have.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have a good knowledge of writing and be comfortable with APA style writing not MLA.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

A fast paced four-week course has the potential to stress out anyone, but as this course was the only course through the winter break it was not that stressful but rather interesting and alluring as I understood so much about why I do certain things in my life. The discussions with the other classmates were very intuitive as different perceptions and experiences were shared, this helped myself to get realistic application of what the material was about. However, I would not recommend taking a full course load in addition to this class, as it may be overwhelming with big assignments due every week.

    Course highlights:

This class was very insightful and informative of the behaviors and the reasons why children, adolescence, adults and the seniors of life act the way that they do. As there was a research paper due every week of the course, the amount of information that was assimilated and understood has affected the choices that I make as I realized some choices could negatively affect the overall health of a human being.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The research papers, may seem overwhelming, but reading a chapter a day and researching about the writing prompt throughout the week really helps to be stress free keeping up with the assignments. Reading the chapter a day may also feel like a hard task, but taking short 20 min breaks between hour long readings helped my mind retain the information better and gave myself a chance to decompress to be more effective in the long run.
