Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
The professor is great! Successfully exceeding a course determines a lot on the professor, so do some research on the professor before taking him/her for the course.
Course highlights:
I believe the chapter of Limits was one of the main highlights out of the course, however, every chapter is crucial to learn and master!
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Study the concept to ensure you exceed on your test and quizzes!
Pretty easy, overall.
Course Overview:
I recommend the course because it is a leap into more dynamic mathematics, and real world applications, from finding derivatives or the volume of a curve, its exciting and interesting,
Course highlights:
Finding derivatives of functions, integrals, find limits, and you learn where the main formulas in math come from.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Show up to class every time, ask questions, show up to office hours, do your homework and have a receptive mind, take breaks during your studying.
This class was tough.
Course Overview:
This class was with a professor who actually knew what he was doing. He had a bit of an accent, so sometimes there was a bit of a communication error, but he was always helpful when it came to assisting us when we got stuck anywhere.
Course highlights:
The highlights were probably learning together with newfound friends. When we didn't have the professor there, we could count on each other to lean on.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
Once you get into Calculus (or in this case Calculus I, but any really), the days of remembering everything after one try are over. Practice practice, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. You'll only fall behind and be even more confused when the next lesson uses the methods you were having questions with.
