Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to every student because it allows each individual to understand themselves and the nature of their body in how they live and what they eat.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course include much of the biological systems of our digestive systems, mechanically and chemically, as well as the specific types of fats, lipids, fibers, etc, and how they effect our bodies.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give would be to outline the text book. Also, although the slides in class may seem very important and copying down the notes seems like the end of the world, listen to the professor. My most helpful notes were not from the slides or book but from my lectures.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was extremely enjoyable. I learned a lot and ended up changing my major to nutrition because of it. As long as you attended class, you were guaranteed to do well. Short cared about her students learning the information and doing well.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about how the specific foods you eat affect your body and your well being.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

There is now a different professor teaching this course. They may teach differently, but still take this class because it is very interesting. I think everyone should be required to take this course.
