    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's great for a general science credit but Dr. Wiles is the only professor that teaches this class. That being said, his tests are extremely specific. If you want to do well you need to read the textbook, do the homework, and pay attention in lecture.

    Course highlights:

Being a Biology major, this course was required. I not only learned more about biology but that the amount of studying I did in high school was not sufficient enough to do well in this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your notes often, even if the test is three weeks away, just look at them. Study the homework questions and pay attention in lecture and you'll be fine.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because for most majors you need a life science and many people take this course to fulfill that requirement so you really won't feel alone.

    Course highlights:

This course is basically the review of AP Biology if you have taken that. The professor can be confusing sometimes but make sure to come to lecture because that is how you get participation credit.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to do homework with friends because it makes it a little more bearable. Also make sure to bring your clicker to lectures.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was a requirement for me so I had to take it, but I wouldn't recommend it as the lectures are so abstract they are pretty much non existent and I came to college to learn something. If I had to read a text book and give exams, I could just have taken online classses

    Course highlights:

I leaned how college works and how you have to self study rather than depend on the professor's notes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take help from people who have already taken this class and their notes.
