Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course because it helps elaborate on the knowledge that you may or may not have about all types of bacteria, diseases and microorganisms that live or may come about. This class is good to take even if it's not a requirement because it helps us understand hygiene as well other sorts of contaminations and illness that can happen.
It was very interesting to learn and experiment with different types of foodbourn or airborne illnesses and bacterias that we, humans encounter on a daily basis such as E. coli.

Read the handouts as well the lab book before coming to lab class in order to understand the lab work of the day. When you have extra time try to answer some questions in the back of your text book about the material that was covered that day in class.
