Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The staff at the Health Center are nice, but really can't do anything beyond testing for strep. If you have a real medical problem you're on your own. Also the hours and location are as inconvenient as possible.
The dining hall food is awful, and I have personally gotten sick many times from it. The retail food locations are okay (if you pick the right things) but are ridiculously expensive. The only way to keep sane is to get food from off campus.

Advice for students:
Downtown Schenectady makes up for all the other bad parts honestly. The eating options are very nice. And honestly, other than that, staying on campus is all I want to do!!!! Also don't forget that upstate New York is beautiful, so our outing club is a treat.
