    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    it is a great hands on course that provides the fundamental knowledge for further accounting classes and it really provides the background knowledge that you need to know

    Course highlights:

    the highlights were the professor making the course very easy to understand and providing real life examples with bushiness so we could have an actual realistic approach to understanding it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    study study study, it takes lot of written practice and doing income statements and balance sheets over and over again. also on wiley plus you can use orion which is practice problems and they are very useful to making good grades on the exam

    Professor Marden is an exceptional teacher who takes the time to ensure student comprehension and understanding. He has in-class office hours and gives you ample tools to ensure success in the course.

    I have a deep, grounded understanding of basic accounting principles.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    She goes in on everything in depth and makes sure each individual student understands the topic at hand thouroughly. She doesn't overload with homework and she gives great reviews for her tests.

    Course highlights:

    We learned the basic fundamental accounting rules and how to apply them in order to prepare Balance Sheets, Income Statements and a retained earnings statement.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it! It's a phenomenal class for all business majors. It's not an easy A but it's hard to fail. Show up to class and pay attention and you will do well
