    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course as it was very informative and easy to understand. The professor gives detailed notes while going through the chapters. He also uses oral activities so the students can perfect their Spanish pronunciation. Before the tests, he tells the class what to study for and what each section of the test will focus on, making it easy to study for tests.

    Course highlights:

The professor outlining the tests was something I have rarely encountered before, making the class not as stressful as others. The tests aren't multiple choice, so you really have to know the content in order to pass the test. However, this aspect helped me learn to study better and learn new ways to memorize the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are attentive in class by taking the notes and writing down his test outlines. These two factors will be key to your success in the class.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

That professor takes time getting used to.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to conjugate verbs and how to somewhat put sentences together. I also learned the Lord's Prayer in Spanish.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you look at your book often. She doesn't have structured notes and she sometimes goes off topic.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is easy and Dr. Peacock provides a different spin. She does not realize she isn't the greatest teacher but allows students to take the intitiative to teach themselves Spanish and go to her when they need help. I thoroughly enjoyed the class but it made me take intitiative and encourage my classmates to do the same, so that we could pass the class and have fun learning with each other along the way. I wouldn't take another course with her if I truly wanted to learn Spanish, but it was a great class that pushed students to see if they would make the decision to pass or fail the course.

    Course highlights:

Extra credit. She offered a ton of fun options to get involved!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get the book. Do the homework. This course is what you make it.
