Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you how to write and how to cite sources correctly. The class has prepared me for college because we wrote a research paper that promoted us to work in stages and find research effectively.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the schedule of the class. I took the course online which gave me a flexible schedule for working on assignments. Although it was online and I enjoyed the flexible schedule, I experienced some difficulty uploading assignments. I learned to make sure that your assignments have been submitted properly and to check the grade book often to ensure that your assignments have been graded.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For students considering this course, I would say you need to be committed to writing and committed to the time it takes to write a good paper. Also I would say stay on top of all of your assignments and do not lag behind.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor was very helpful with my writing and really took the time to read over my work and help me with what I need to fix and work on.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight of this course was that I learned a lot of information on my final research paper. I researched why so many teens were suffering from cardiomyopathy and learned that if AED's were placed the athletic departments these reports of teens dying would start to decrease.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To actually read your textbooks because the reads really benefit you with your writing and research.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to anyone who is wanting to work on their writing. I am the type of person that had rather the teacher be hard on me, and give me advice, so that I can work harder to achieve my goal. Professor Ziebart did exactly that. He works hard to make sure that he puts time into reading each paper, while also giving positive and helpful feedback.

    Course highlights:

While I have always wrote many papers, I have never been correctly taught how to cite a source and insert it into the paper. Professor Ziebart, provided the class with videos and websites, in order to help us. We also had to take many quizzes on the different types of citations, but even though the quizzes took time, I learned so much in the end. I have no problem citing a source now.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you will need to make sure that you allow yourself enough time to finish each assignment. While each assignment does not take a lot of time to finish, the time part comes in when you need to review your paper before submitting. This course challenged me, but overall I enjoyed it.
