Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend Patel, because he teaches the material fairly well, he uploads all of his lectures online, and his tests are very fair, on not overly difficult or contain problems students haven't already seen before. He also curves the course if necessary and as much as he needs to, to benefit the students.
I learned how to manipulate and use geometry very well with complex word problems, as well as really know how to use and apply equations to solve static and kinematic problems. It becomes natural with enough practice, and even when given new problems, I have the skills and tools to solve it out with knowing how and when to use the specific equations, and under certain conditions.

Advice for students:
The advice I would give to students taking this course is too go to every class, write down all of his notes and examples, and do ann understand all of the homework assignments. Students should be doing this anyways, but if you do this, you should be able to pass the class and get a lot out of it.
