Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I can only speak from personal experiences- and personally, I would recommend taking World Civilaztions II. This course was a fun introduction to the world history some of the greatest nations made together. Such as the two of the most notible wars in history; World War I and World War II.
The focus of this class was on notible events in history. Like the French Revolution, the Zimmermann Note, and the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand. World Civilzations II forms the connection between the nations of the world and gives a good quality of background information.

Advice for students:
Go for it! As long as you particapate in the class discussions (whether it is asking a question or answering one), study the events in history relevant to the time period that is being talked about and thoroughly answer the short answer questions on the test. You should have no problem maintaining at least a B in the class.
