    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

A lot of people dread having to take a communications course and I completely understand because I was on of those people. Presenting and talking in front of an audience is nerve wracking but because of this course I now know how to deal with those nerves. Ms. Johnson helped me understand how to prepare for a presentation, how to be confident when presenting and she also taught me that nerves can actually be a good thing. If you have trouble doing presentations and you want to overcome that I whole heartedly recommend this course.

    Course highlights:

Everything I learned in this course was beneficial in some way, shape, or form. Like I mentioned before I learned how to prepare for a presentation something I thought I new but in reality I really didn't. I learned that having nerves means you care about what you are doing and that is a good thing! I also learned how to turn those nerves into something that feels more positive like adrenaline. I learned that you can't just throw something together and get a good grade that may have worked in high school but college is a different ball park. Most importantly I learned that if you put your all in to something the result will almost always be something great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course you have got to listen to everything your instructor is telling you, I promise you may get annoyed and feel like it is all a waste of time but I assure you what they are telling you will be beneficial then and later on. You must prepare for all your presentations and I mean really prepare by the time it is time for you to present you should know your presentation like the back of your hand, I guarantee if you prepare properly you will feel very confident after every presentation.
