    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was an interesting class. I can say I didn't learn much in it, but I learned about other topics through research required for assignments. If you take this class, pick topics that you are passionate about for the speeches, and always make it on the short side, because your nervous tendencies will fill in the rest.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to be comfortable in front of large crowds. I went on to teach new hires at my place of work for 3+ years, and never felt out of place. Speaking in front of others is definitely a skill needed in the real world.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It's required for a lot of the programs, but it really helps with being comfortable in front of other people, which is something that everyone should learn to cope with.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was an amazing class to build the much needed skills of communicating in front of a large group. It made me more confident in speaking and in being in front of people who I didn't necessarily know.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the bonds that we created as a class through our speeches. We were able to see the growth of ourselves and our peers and encourage each other to continue growing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely advice students to take this class. Whether they're going into business or law or education (like me), obtaining this skill is necessary for the most success.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class can really give you the courage to do something outside you comfort zone if you don't feel comfortable speaking in front of people.

    Course highlights:

I gained confidence to speak in front of groups, learned positive things about verbal and non verbal communication, as well as learned great techniques for how to write a speech and it flow properly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Please pay attention to your instructor and to your classmates when they speak. You will learn from their successes and their mistakes and improve your presentations.
