Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would definitely recommend this class because Professor Lukhard is such an incredible instructor. Not one class is the same, because she will vary the class by presenting a powerpoint, a video, a lecture writing on the board, sharing her own stories and personal experiences, and so much more. She is so funny and really engages the class extremely well. This class is so fun and makes learning about nutrition and health very exciting.
I learned more about myself by taking this course and how to live a healthier lifestyle. Her goal is to help students discover themselves and to hopefully make nutritional changes to their own lives by the end of the course. She loves success stories, and always shares those with us to keep us motivated and to let us know that it is always possible for us to achieve our own goals too. I learned a lot about the digestive system, foods that contribute to health benefits and/or foods that contribute to a decline in health, how to properly read food labels, nutrition and exercise, and so much more that is crucial to not only the class, but for our own lives.

Always go to class! The textbook is not necessarily required, but I do suggest going to class because she always shares her personal experiences and stories that are extremely helpful to learn more about the course material, and to help live healthier lifestyles ourselves. Take notes too, because much of what she says or puts on the board is not online, but is on the exams!
