Learning multiple models and theories that help explain how and why humans think as they do, as well as being able to assess and understand what drives people to want to make a specific change or engage in a specific behavior.

Be prepared to take in a lot of information. Come to class always, and take notes. Begin planning and writing essays ahead of time. Do not freak out when you see the essay rubrics, the instructions are detailed and it is not as overwhelming as it may appear at first glance.
