Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's a relatively difficult introduction to markets course. Primarily conceptual, with most of the mathematics front-loaded. Glegg allows you to use a reference sheet, front and back 8.5" x 11". DON'T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED. If you know nothing of financial instruments, interest rates, or other basic finance concepts, you'll learn them here.
I became involved with the ECU Investment Club through this class, and as a Finance professional, as well as an academic, Glegg can provide a lot of knowledge and experience to whomever talks with her.

Advice for students:
When she mentions something will be on the exam, pull out your reference sheet for the next exam and write it down, in addition to putting it in your regular notes. Print out her powerpoints before class (at least the outlines), so you're not thrown off if she goes over something too fast, although she will go back if you ask her to.
